Hearing Aid Cleaning and Maintenance:
When you invest in hearing aids, you want them to sound clear and last a long time. The key is proper maintenance. We teach you simple cleaning you can do at home, and we handle the deep cleaning in our office. Often, patients come in with ‘dead’ hearing aids, and a quick service is all it takes to get them back to life.
Hearing Aid Repairs
We never charge to diagnose a hearing aid problem. If your hearing aids aren’t working properly, give us a call. If a repair is needed, we’ll tell you the exact cost before we begin. Many repairs can be done right here in our office, saving you time and getting you back to hearing sooner.
Updated Hearing Tests & Programming
Hearing changes over time, and your hearing aids should keep up. With routine hearing tests, we compare your results to past ones and fine-tune your settings as needed, whether your hearing has shifted or your daily listening needs have changed.
Hearing Aids Purchased Elsewhere
If you’re happy with your current provider, that’s great. But if you need more support or feel you’re not getting the level of care you deserve, we’d love to help. We’ll check your hearing aids, listen to your concerns, and explain the cleaning, repair, and programming services available for your specific devices.
We help with TV streamers, remote microphones, smartphone connections, and Auracast setup for individuals and groups. Getting the most from these accessories takes proper setup and clear instruction. We’ll connect your devices, show you how to use them, and help troubleshoot any problems. In-home or at facility setup is also available.
Hearing Aid Accessory Setup & Support
